This course will discuss how ABA therapy can practically integrate trauma-informed practices. We will review current literature on the topic, explore barriers, and identify ways to adjust our therapy to provide the best assent driven services for our clients. Objectives: -Identify barriers to providing trauma-informed care in ABA -Discuss practical ways to include trauma-informed services within ABA practice -Understand assent and assent withdrawal behaviors
